7. Unhealed surgical wounds

9. Implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers, cochlear implants)

10. Extremely low blood sugar

11. High blood pressure (systolic ≥ 160 or diastolic ≥ 110)

12. Cerebral hemorrhage

13. Minors under the age of 12

14. Myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, or stroke within the last six months

Yes, for most people. Hyperthermia or heat therapy has been an effective means of health care, illness and disease prevention, and has been used for thousands of years. If you have any of the conditions listed in the previous FAQ, you must check with your doctor first.

Some people may experience these common side effects of radio frequency and vibrational therapy:

· Ankle, calf, knee and hip soreness.

2. Remove Metal Objects

Before beginning treatment, remove all metal objects such as rings, necklaces, watches and other jewelry to avoid interference with the device. Avoid use of phone or computer contact during your session.

3. Hydration

Drink 7 to 10 oz of warm water or room temperature water before, during, and after each session to support circulation, promote metabolism, and optimize the warming effect on the body.

4. Adjusting Intensity

Users should begin at a lower energy intensity and carefully increase to a higher setting according to personal comfort and physical tolerance.

5. Session Duration

The recommended conditioning time is 30 minutes per session (or less). Even first-time users may participate for the full 30 minutes, but please monitor comfort levels throughout.

6. Timing

Wait at least 30 minutes after a meal, or use the device on an empty stomach.

Avoid using the device within 1 hour of bathing and 30 minutes after exercise or if feeling fatigued.

1. Device Cooling

After each use, turn off the device and let it cool for 3–5 minutes before the next session.

2. Disinfection

Electrode plates (or any contact points) must be disinfected with medical-grade alcohol between users to avoid cross-contamination.

4. Monitoring

If you have dysregulated blood sugar levels, pay close attention to any changes during use. Consider checking blood pressure and blood glucose before and after sessions.

In a clinical setting, record and address any abnormal reactions promptly.

5. Post-Treatment

Bathing is not recommended within one hour after use, as the body is in a warmed and relaxed state.
